The Grace Academy Class Selection Information

We continue to work diligently to offer our 2008-09 Schedule of The Grace Academy classes. As soon as the schedule is confirmed, it will be automatically mailed to all families registered for the 2008-09 school year , mailed to other individuals upon request, and posted to this website.  Class registrations will be accepted by mail or dropoff at the TGA Cherry Campus mailbox, with TGA teachers and families meeting the Priority Enrollment Deadline (4/15) being processed first (by the due date), and then by order of class selection submission. Complete instructions will be included with the schedule.

Enrolled TGA families interested in the Courses of Study offered at the Grace Brethren Jr. & Sr. High School must notify the TGA Administrator in writing, either noted on the payment form with your TGA registration application or via e-mail, as to your desired interests of classes on the campus. In mid to late May, the GBS Master Schedule will be available for class selection, and you will be contacted to make an appointment for class selection with your student.  Re-enrolling TGA student requests will be processed first, and then we will schedule appointments based on the order of receipt of your new student application.

Clubs, Sports Co-Curricular and Extra-Curricular Programs

Availiablity and sign ups are usually conducted within the first two weeks of school. Please make your interests know to the TGA Administrator in writing, and you will be given information as it becomes available.
